Welcome to QED
Our range of courses is vast, covering everything from learners, who have never sat in the driving seat, to advanced heavy goods training, for drivers who have many years of experience. We also cater for drivers with disabilities again to all levels of driving.
Course development is very carefully considered to make sure that the courses benefit from all the latest research so that it is as effective as possible.
Much of QED's work is aimed at companies and councils. We assist companies, to comply with the Health and Safety guidance that applies to driving at work, reduce collisions, damage claims and insurance premiums. We are also pleased to have started SAFED training on behalf of the Department for Transport which will reduce fuel consumption and benefit the environment, but most importantly will reduce collisions. We also provide trainers to a national company for LGV driver assessment.
QED provides training on courses provided as an option for drivers who have committed due care and attention, or speeding offences. These courses are a positive alternative to court attendance, fines and endorsements and are usually run by local authorities and independent companies on behalf of the local constabulary
Mr. Sweeting is also a Banstead registered trainer and we are able to provide training for people with disabilities and learning difficulties. Much of our work is aimed towards drivers who are having difficulties with their driving because of a long absence or a collision that has damaged their confidence.
We look forward to providing services to your company that will help you to reduce your fleet costs, comply with Health and Safety guidance, improve your staff retention and most importantly keep your staff alive
